Registration Cancellation by Participant
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is May 1, 2016, subject to a 15% administrative cancellation fee. Cancellations received after May 1, will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event for any reason. Cancellations will be accepted in written format only, via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Registrations can be transferred, subject to approval prior to May 16, 2016.
Postponement
Should Organizers need to reschedule the event we will apply your delegate fee towards the rescheduled event, or similar event at our sole discretion. If you are unable to attend this event, you may nominate a substitute delegate from your firm. If we are unable to reschedule the event or offer a similar event, we may apply a refund to your registration fee. We retain sole discretion on issuing this refund. Organizer the are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of postponement, alteration or cancellation of the event. Organizers assumes no responsibility if the event is altered, cancelled or postponed due to any circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: war; an Act of God; an act of terrorism; natural disasters; government restrictions; suspension, cancellation and/or restriction of means of transportation; civil disorder; or any other emergency. Organizers accepts no responsibility for travel arrangements or any other actual or perceived loss due to cancellation of event.

Any details you provide to us in the registration form will be used to fulfill our obligations to you in relation to the event. The Organizers may also use these details to keep you informed of other products and services which may be of interest to you. In registering for this event, relevant details will be included into a participant list for the benefit of event sponsors. Normally this information would be: name, title, company, address, phone number and email. Please advise us if you they do not wish to have your details included in the event participant list or our distribution list for future events. In addition, you acknowledge that Organizers and/or any delegate and/or attendee at the event may take photos and/or videos of all or part of the event. We may include any of these photos and/or videos on any of our websites and/or promotional materials, at our sole discretion.
